The Role

We are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated Weekend/Weekday Program Facilitators who thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. If you love working with people, facilitating meaningful conversations, and playing a key role in someone’s healing journey, this role is for you!

As a Program Facilitator, you will ensure that every client receives exceptional care and support. You'll help maintain a peaceful and structured environment while facilitating engaging psychoeducation groups, and supporting clients through grounding and mindfulness practices. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a harmonious and empowering space where clients can focus on their healing and growth.

The successful candidate will be required to hold the following qualifications and/or certifications:

  • Essential: Current First Aid and CPR certification, Police Check, Valid Driver’s License
  • Advantageous: Certificate IV in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), or equivalent
  • Highly Desirable: Certificate III in Fitness


The Day-to-Day The Program Facilitator will hold responsibility for the following tasks, which will make up the majority of the work for the successful candidate:

  • Guide clients through their therapeutic program with empathy and care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation groups and aftercare discussions.
  • Support clients during outings, workshops, and daily activities.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when needed.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and harmonious retreat environment.
