An opportunity has presented itself for an Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide key support to our C-suite team within the organisation. This 12-month contract role is based in our modern North Sydney office, offering variety and impact every day.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, system approvals, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Help track project deadlines and assist with special initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and take minutes for meetings; organise team activities and events.
  • Draft and edit presentations, correspondence, and executive documents.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and expenses, and support general office administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executive leadership teams.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • ·Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with PeopleSoft, DocuSign and SAP Concur is a plus.
