About the role

Are you ready to make an impact? Join our Perth team as a terminal planner where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient terminal operations. Your focus will be on developing and executing operational plans to maximise infrastructure and resources while delivering top-tier service!

 Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and coordinating train loading, scheduling, and rollingstock deployment
  • Optimise freight movement for efficient and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
  • Ensure optimal use of assets and resources
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective operational solutions
  • Please note this role requires shift work!

About you

We’re looking for someone with strong planning and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with stakeholders, adapting to dynamic challenges, and making a real impact, this role is for you!

 In addition, you will possess:

  • Experience working in Supply Chain, Transport, Rail or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Computer and systems proficiency
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
