People Services Manager!
- Permanent FT role – Sydney or Brisbane Based

About the role
In this challenging, yet rewarding position, you will be tasked with providing guidance and leadership to the People Service Team, focused on ensuring efficient daily operations of the People and Culture employee lifecycle administration functions!
You will lead and support a wide range of P&C administrative tasks and projects across the entire lifecycle of the P &C function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Setting clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
- P&C Realm Knowledge: Leading the team to ensure consistent and compliant employee lifecycle processes.
- P&C Systems: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal and auditing requirements.
- Continues Improvement: Identifying opportunities for enhancement and manage projects to improve P&C functions.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in leadership roles within fast-paced environments
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-focused work environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, capable of building effective and trusting business relationships
- Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to task completion and maintain confidentiality with regard to sensitive issues
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (or significant experience in Human Resource Administration and generalist roles)
