About the Role

Our Northern NSW business transports bulk and coal products from load points to port, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We operate across the northern part of NSW, from the Hunter and North West Regions and down to the Sydney area.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified driver with a Cert IV in Train Driving and industry relevant experience. You will prioritise safety above all else and work well within the team in Greta depot. Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster that includes both local and barracks work.

Additionally, it will be advantageous to have:

  • Route knowledge across both the Hunter Valley, North West, and Sydney networks
  • Competency with the operation of ECP, Wired Distributed Power (WDP), and AC traction locomotives
  • A good understanding of, and demonstrated adherence to, SPAD mitigation and in cab behaviours
  • Basic level of computer skills
