About the role

This role supports the data-driven decision-making process by developing, implementing, and managing business intelligence solutions. The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with various teams to transform data into actionable insights and will play a key role in driving our data strategy forward.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI and SQL.
  • Creating dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide insights and support business decisions.
  • Analysing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analytics.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting systems.

About the person

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
