About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to primarily support our Australian and Canadian-based shops fill a range of vacancies including sales and clinical (Optometrist) roles.

  • Manage end to end recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing including headhunting, screening, selection, arranging interviews and preparing offers.
  • Support development of talent pipeline and talent pool through strategic networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including shop managers and the retail management team.

We require someone who can work flexible hours. Currently, the hours of work for this position are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm on two days, and 10:00 am start on the other three days. At times you may be asked to work other hours to support the completion of work and assist other recruiters with sourcing and selection activities.

About you

To be successful in this role, applicants should have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment
  • Degree in business, commerce or similar discipline
  • Strong English spoken and written skills
  • Ability to proactively work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills
