The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state based customer contracts.

We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome attainments every step of the way.

You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Psychology Internship Program 

To support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist, ORS funds up to $12,000 in annual supervision costs to complete an internship program. Currently, we employ over 180 Provisional Psychologists, and understand what it takes to support individuals effectively through to full registration. Supervision is either provided in-house by an experienced and registered supervisor, or employees may find their own external supervisor, and ORS pays up to $12,000 per year. 

A few requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC
  • A vehicle and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
