We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. If you are passionate about helping individuals regain their mobility, independence, and quality of life, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments for clients in their homes or community environments.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans aimed at improving mobility, function, and pain management.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, movement techniques, and strategies to manage long-term conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care.
  • Monitor and review client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Support discharge planning for clients transitioning from hospital to home-based care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
  • Registered with [insert relevant regulatory body].
  • Proven experience in a community or outpatient physiotherapy role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your caseload effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for community visits).
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
