The ORS Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology division is expanding and we are looking for experienced Physiotherapists who are passionate about providing person-centred, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention for clients across the lifespan to join our team in Fairfield.
You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical practice in a dedicated, well supported Physiotherapy team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
Your day to day duties will involve performing Physiotherapy Assessments (with varied focuses including improving/increasing balance, mobility, coordination, gait, safety and/or in reducing pain); completing reports for the NDIA advocating for your client’s needs to meet their goals and ongoing intervention.

Learning and Development

You will be able to connect with this person in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases. A few requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Previous experience as a Physiotherapist working with clients who have a disability and/or within the Disability Sector or within the NDIS
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
