About the role
ORS is looking for an experienced State Manager to lead a team of Psychologists including Clinical Neuropsychologists, Educational and Developmental and Generally Registered Psychologists. You will be responsible for providing day to day clinical support and guidance, driving quality and performance, report reviewing, and maintaining strong employee morale and retention. An important part of this role will be working with individuals in your team on their learning and career goals to ensure that everyone who works at ORS is able to reach their full potential.

A few requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Psychologist (desirable).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership position within an allied health organisation (desirable).
- A Psychology qualification.
- Registration with AHPRA
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
