About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at ORS, you’ll:
- Deliver high-quality services to participants with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on paediatrics
- Work across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, and community spaces
- Build lasting relationships with your clients, supporting their personal growth and celebrating their achievements
- Can expand into specialised services such as Early Childhood, Positive Behaviour Support, or leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- 1–3 years of OT experience (paediatric or disability experience preferred)
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to grow
- A car and driver’s licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
