The Role

We are looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support clinician who has a passion for reviewing reports, developing others to improve their report writing/reviewing, and has strong administration skills.

Duties include:

  • Overseeing the quality and timely release of all Standard Positive Behaviour Support Plan and Progress/Recommendation reports across the Positive Behaviour Support division
  • Managing a team of 20+ reviewers (including Assistant Quality Managers) and providing feedback, training, and support to staff
  • Writing and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
  • Assisting with complaints management

Role requirements:

  • Management experience
  • High-level administrative and communication skills
  • Background in Psychology/Occupational Therapy/Special Education or Behavioural Interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability or other complex diagnoses 
  • Ability to self-release Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans (Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner)
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
