Early Childhood Supports is a new division within ORS. ECS purpose is to provide high-quality, evidence-informed support to children under 7 years old (increasing to 9 in line with the NDIS ECEI reset) and their families.
ECS will provide interdisciplinary team support comprised of allied health professionals and specialist teachers who have expertise in child development. ECS will provide supports under the Key Worker model where there is one lead practitioner that supports the child and family through applying a range of strategies across all areas of development.
Work Life Balance
The ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work life balance. Many of us have families and lead busy lives outside of work so we know how important it is for our staff to maintain a balanced lifestyle. For this reason we:
- Provide the resources for our staff to be able to work from home
- Aim to allocate clients close to your home
- Give you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your schedule
- Provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking
- Give you the ability to work part time or reduced hours
As an Early Childhood Supports Key Worker your duties will include:

- Providing support to families that reflects a strengths-based and family-centred approach with a focus on improving the child and family quality of life
