We are looking for an energetic and adaptable Marketing Manager to join our team at oOh!media, the leader in the Out of Home (OOH) industry.
This 12-month fixed contract is ideal for an experienced, mid-level generalist marketer with a strong understanding of all facets of marketing, including events, branding, media, digital, and creative.
As the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute impactful campaigns and initiatives that engage advertising and marketing professionals, elevate our brand presence, and contribute to the growth of the OOH sector.
As a member of the broader Revenue & Growth team, you will champion the oOh! brand and products in your marketing efforts, highlighting the unique advantages of oOh! products as the foundation of any media plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution: Partner with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that engage our advertising and marketing clients, showcasing the effectiveness of oOh!media.
Event Management: Partner with the events team to execute key industry events that engage our clients and agencies, positioning oOh! as thought leaders in the OOH space while deepening relationships with industry professionals.
Brand: Assist in shaping and executing brand strategies that communicate our unique value in the OOH industry, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints and channels.
Creative Production: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and content that resonate with advertising and marketing professionals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, POLY (in-house creative team), and product sales teams to align marketing efforts with client needs and business objectives, ensuring that our campaigns support the overall sales and business growth strategy.
Team Support & Project Ownership: Provide support for team members as needed, backfilling roles during periods of absence, and taking ownership of key projects to ensure continuity and successful execution of marketing initiatives. This includes adapting to shifting priorities and driving projects forward independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Skills
You have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience within a brand, agency, or media industry. Experience in out-of-home advertising is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that engage advertising and marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated success in brand management, events, digital, and creative.
- Ability to develop compelling creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Understanding of the Out of Home (OOH) advertising industry.
- The ability to create visually compelling presentations and marketing materials when needed. Proficiency in design programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and PowerPoint is advantageous.
