The role:

Based at our state-of-the-art facility in Silverwater, we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Client Services -Key Accounts person to join our team in Silverwater on a 7-month contract basis.

In this diverse role, you are responsible for ensuring that the company's services meet the client's requirements and be able to provide administrative support to sales representatives. This role is a unique conduit between sales, production, and our clients. This role is perfect for someone wanting to develop into an Account Manager in the future.

  • Ensure all jobs are accurately entered into the system with all of the required information for production and invoicing purposes
  • Assist with setting the production schedules which allows the delivery of products on time
  • Offer a helpful and informative customer service to current and prospective clients
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Provide an administrative arm to sales representatives
  • Responsible for progress and timely delivery of campaigns
  • Liaise with internal print, finishing and shipping departments

The Experience

  • The ability to multi task & handle high volumes of requests whilst maintaining excellent customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Superior time management and prioritisation skills
  • Can work accurately and efficiently given tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-orientated approach to issues and challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • A well-rounded team player who knows how to have fun and get things done
  • A can-do attitude.
