About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Enterprise Sales team based in North Sydney! The Business Manager is a varied and exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining key accounts, as well as generating new business across Tier 1 Agencies. You'll mainly be selling Out of Home advertising across airports, Qantas Lounges, premium office towers and university assets, providing the platform for clients to speak to core business professionals and university students. You’ll jump into a very warm seat with an existing client base who we have long-standing relationships with, a fantastic opportunity to work with reputable, established clients who engage with the biggest brands in Australia. You’ll play to your strengths as a trusted partner, strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue in your accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients and their teams
  • Up-sell and cross-sell on key accounts to develop new business avenues and manage the after sales process
  • Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
  • Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts

Skills and experience

Ideally you’ll have 3+ years in Account Management function, prior media experience and be well connected in the industry! You will also:

  • Be a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts
  • Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach
  • Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
  • An innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
  • Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
