The Role:

We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting and Planning Manager to join our business in a full time permanent capacity.

The Financial Reporting & Planning Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, statutory reporting, and strategic decision making processes at oOh! Media.

This role is responsible for developing and managing financial models, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and providing strategic insights to senior management. The ideal candidate will oversee external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining transparent communication with external stakeholders. In addition, you will be managing a small team of finance professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Internal auditing - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • External reporting - Oversee the preparation and submission of external financial reports including ASX reporting obligations
  • Statutory reporting
  • Leadership - Managing, supporting and mentoring a small team of Finance Accountants
  • Process Improvement Initiatives

About you:

1) CPA or CA essential with Audit experience highly preferred

2) Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in statutory and external reporting.

3) Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.

4) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

5) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

6) Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

7) Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
