 The role:

We’re on the hunt for a Posting Maintenance Operative to work across Perth Metro areas. In this role, you will be working within a team to give back to your community by providing a range maintenance services, changing glass panels (with training provided) and installation of advertising posters on the oOh!’s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters and retail) working Monday to Friday out of our Bayswater Depot.

You will have a clear view of your upcoming schedule and given the autonomy to plan your hours around the best route.

 Here's what you'll be able to say you do...

  • Providing a full range Maintenance Services to Bus Shelters and Retail advertising assets
  • Posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout fortnightly cycles
  • Leave coverage of posting for other team members
  • Securing potentially hazardous sites
  • Inspecting and reporting of damages and faults
  • 100% adherence to strict policies, procedures and code of conduct
  • Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicle

  • You love being on the road and working in a highly autonomous environment
  • Enjoy working outdoors in the elements, confident working around traffic and the public
  • Excellent work ethic and time management, with demonstrable planning and organisational skills
  • A strong sense of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Available for some early morning starts from around 4am to avoid the busy traffic areas
  • A high level of communication and the ability to utilize mobile technology
  • A full Australian Drivers Licence
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & alcohol check, licence check and reference checks
  • Experience working in a company with strict WHS policies and procedures and commitment to adhere to them
