The role:

As one of Australia’s largest and fastest growing outdoor media companies, we have an opportunity for a mid level Graphic Designer to join the Studio team in either or South Melbourne to cover a paternity leave contract until late March 2025.

Working with some of Australia’s largest brands, you will work as part of our Content, Marketing and creative team alongside a collaborative group of producers, strategists, video editors and designers, conceptualizing and bringing to life our client’s campaigns in a fun and fast-paced environment. 

Here’s What You’ll Do… 

  • Design artwork for a variety of inventory including print and digital billboards, street furniture and a variety of other small format specifications. 
  • Ensure project timelines are adhered to and work is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard 
  • Work, collaborate and liaise with the Sydney and Melbourne designers, producers and strategists to ensure expectations are successfully set and projects are effectively managed with Sales requirements.

This Is What You’ll Look Like… 

  • 3-4 years of experience in an in-house or agency design role with experience working on a variety of brands and outputs 
  • A problem solver with a great attitude who takes initiative
  • Demonstrable experience in high-quality design work
  • Have a passion for the design space and truly love what you do
  • Be an excellent communicator at all levels of the business and play an active role in brainstorming & ideation sessions if required
  • Confident in delegating and leading projects with other designers
  • Able to lead meetings & presentations with key stakeholders
  • Can work both collaboratively and autonomously on multiple projects at any one time 
  • Extensive experience with Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc

Desirable but not essential 

  • Have a basic knowledge of video editing tools and software such as After Effects and Premiere or interest in learning these skills on the job for some various small-scale video/motion work that may be required
