The Opportunity
oOh! Technology are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to help mature our Product function within Technology and into the organisation. The role will help drive product strategy and execution across our entire product portfolio. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define vision, and deliver products that create significant business value. You’ll play a critical role in uplifting and developing our Technical Product owners through coaching and playing a lead role in our Product Chapter.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and driving strategic product and platform initiatives that span multiple product verticals and teams.
- Mentoring and coaching our Technical Product Owners by establishing and maintaining best practices across the product portfolio.
- Design and participate in market, customer, and user research and discovery to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.
- Developing and communicating product strategy to executives and stakeholders, incorporating business objectives, product outcomes, and technical considerations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Platform, Customer, Engineering, Delivery, Data, Strategy and Transformation.
- Maturing existing Product disciplines, quality documentation and participation in product health assessments.
- Defining and tracking key metrics to measure product success and drive data-informed outcomes.
- Drive go-to-market and adoption strategies developed in partnership with senior and executive sponsors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products that drove significant business impact.
- Strong discovery and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and visual.
- Proven track record of strong people management skills.
