Your Role
The Marketing Manager – Social, Content & Creative plays a key role in building the OnePass brand, driving engagement, and growing our paid and free member base through compelling social media, content, and creative execution. Working within the Brand & Acquisition team, this role leads our always-on social and content strategy, manages the day-to-day of organic social channels, and partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to bring the OnePass brand to life across digital touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Lead the development and execution of OnePass’s organic social media strategy across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube).
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media Team on the strategy and execution of paid social platforms, monitoring results and optimising with creative changes.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities, seasonal moments, and key member program messages (including new feature releases).
- Coordinate community management, social listening and support engagement across channels in collaboration with internal teams or agencies.
Content & Creative Development
- Own the content strategy and calendar across OnePass channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and customer-first messaging.
- Brief and manage the creation of video, social, and short-form content—working with creative or ad platform tools, external designers, videographers or copywriters.
- Collaborate with the lifecycle team, performance, product/web and customer care to align messaging across acquisition, engagement, and retention channels and distribute assets across all channels.
- Support campaign rollouts and ensure creative is optimised for each platform.
Performance Reporting & Optimisation
- Set up and maintain reporting frameworks to track and evaluate the performance of social, content, and creative activity.
- Analyse results against KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention) and recommend data-informed optimisations.
What you'll bring to the table
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, content, or brand communications.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, trends, and performance metrics across paid and organic social.
- Proven experience managing content production from concept to delivery—ideally across video, short-form, and performance assets.
- Skilled at working with agencies, internal creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in membership, loyalty, or retail brands is a plus.
