The Marketing Operations & Planning function is responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing planning process—including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning—while coordinating inputs across product, data, content, and channel teams to build integrated, customer-first programs. It owns and manages the central marketing calendar, runs critical operating rhythms such as weekly trade meetings and monthly planning forums, and ensures visibility and alignment across the organisation. The function tracks performance, facilitates post-campaign reviews, and drives continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.

The function also develops and oversees Divisional partner marketing plans with Partnership Managers and to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, measurable, and delivering incremental value for OnePass and its partners.

Your Role

What you’ll be doing

As the Partnership Marketing Manager you will own the end-to-end marketing relationship between OnePass and your division focus

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing the annual plan and integrated marketing initiatives that bring OnePass to life across our brands– driving awareness, acquisition, and ongoing member engagement which ultimately delivers incremental revenue to the divisions. You’ll act as the primary marketing contact for your divisions, embedding OnePass benefits across their customer journeys and working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns deliver clear value and results.

Key duties and deliverables:

Lead the Marketing Partnership for your divisions

  • Support the Head of Marketing Operations and partnership managers to develop OnePass x division annual marketing plans
  • Be the marketing lead for your divisions marketing partnership across OnePass – aligning internal teams and opportunities are prioritised and well-executed.
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for all of your divisions related marketing activity, owning the marketing calendar, planning, briefings, and performance tracking.
  • Shape and deliver joint campaigns that drive OnePass acquisition, member engagement, and awareness of your divisions benefits
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Partnership manager for your divisions, and marketing teams to align strategies and drive joint value, including preparation for division sponsor quarterly updates.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns through OnePass and division owned channels to drive OnePass acquisition, engagement and retention and incremental revenue to divisions
  • Manage campaign briefing, asset delivery and post-campaign analysis in collaboration with both internal and external teams
  • Work with internal OneDigital marketing teams to deliver campaigns and report on outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and experience across OnePass and your division touchpoints.
  • Use campaign results, member data, and behavioural insights to refine marketing plan, improve performance, and inform future activations.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for approved new parternship business cases and partnership pilot programs and trials. Testing new ways to grow the value and relevance of OnePass to achieve program objectives

What you'll bring to the table

  • 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, loyalty or partnerships roles – ideally in retail, digital or membership-based businesses. 
  • Strong campaign planning and stakeholder management skills 
  • A customer-first mindset with a clear understanding of loyalty mechanics, CRM and value proposition design. 
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach. 
  • A track record of planning and delivering high-performing integrated marketing campaigns.
