Your Role

This role is responsible for leading the planning, monitoring, and updates on optimisations of member trade/engagement marketing activities and promotional calendars. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Operations & Partnerships, you'll work closely with OnePass acquisition, engagement and customer care teams, OneData, Product and Tech, commercial strategy and finance teams to ensure OnePass has clear plans linked to objectives, resource allocated and activity is ready for effective execution. Additionally, you'll lead marketing reporting processes, delivering actionable insights and performance analysis that help inform strategic decision-making. 

What you’ll be doing

Annual and Quarterly planning: 

  • Support the Head of Marketing Operations to deliver rolling annual and quarterly plans with aligned marketing initiatives, new partner initiatives and product deliverables to meet business objectives and divisional partner requirements 
  • Cascade quarterly plans into monthly initiative delivery, forecasts and tracking via Monday.com to ensure execution excellence and one view of OnePass delivery across OneDigital. 

Monthly and weekly member trade activity 

  • Lead the Monthly plan process, updates and weekly member trade rhythms 
  • Lead weekly member trade meetings, summarising weeky delivery against forecasts,  actionable insights and performance updates to key stakeholders and the OneDigital leadership team. 
  • Facilitate regular member trade planning forums to ensure alignment, integration, and optimisation of marketing efforts, including program tracking status and any risks for escalation 
  • Own, manage, and communicate the central marketing calendar, coordinating seamless execution across marketing, product, data, divisons, and operations teams. Including campaign readiness via Monday.com 
  • Provide weekly updates to OnePass leadership team on initiative readiness and any risks 

Performance Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Oversee the development and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance analytics, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, trade performance, and customer insights in partnership with the OneData team 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by facilitiating structured post-campaign reviews and performance tracking with relevant OnePass marketing leads for key initiatives 

Operational Support and Leadership: 

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Marketing Operations & Partnerships, including resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and workflow optimisation. 
  • Lead and mentor the campaign planning coordinator, providing clear direction, fostering professional development, and ensuring effective execution of Monday.com and campaign process for more seamless delivery 

What you'll bring to the table

  • 7 years’ experience in loyalty program or retail trade planning, commercial marketing roles within retail, digital tech or similar consumer industries. 
  • Proven leadership in managing marketing calendars, campaign planning, and performance analytics aligned to strategic business goals. 
  • Experience supporting senior operational roles, understanding budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes. 
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights. 
  • Ability to influence and drive new initiatives
