About the role:
As a Health and Wellbeing Lecturer, you will be joining our small team of motivated specialist lecturers to inspire and guide students in the Health and Wellbeing sector. The successful applicant will assist students in completing their New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing across Levels 2, 3, and 4.
Teaching will be conducted via our NZTC Online platform where you will facilitate online-based teaching and learning, wherein you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge with our students. This role will be intensely computer-based work through online teaching and marking of assessments.
Though this position is primarily WFH, we can only accept Auckland based candidates.
About you:
With a strong professional background in healthcare, you will have strong knowledge of and a passion to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing sector in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a health and wellbeing service (such as nursing, aged care etc.)
- An appropriate qualification at a minimum of a NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4.
- Strong computer literacy and strong written communication skills
- Previous teaching experience highly advantageous
- Full New Zealand driver license
