Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role

This will be a fixed-term role, ending in December 2025.

You will be teaching our Flight Attending Level 4 program. You don’t need any experience in teaching, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role. You will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum which is prepared for you – all you have to do is take your passion into the classroom and use the resources along the way. 

  • Deliver learning objectives in a way that brings our curriculum alive for the student
  • Mentoring students and tracking/monitoring of our student success
  • Achieve graduate success outcomes


Ko wai koe | About you

To be a Flight Attendant Tutor, you will need to have solid industry experience of at least 5 years as a flight attendant and the equivalent knowledge and skills.

It would be advantageous if you have a qualification in Adult Teaching, however, it isn’t a requirement.
