Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the role 

This is a part-time role, (30 hours per week across 5 days). You will deliver excellent administration support, and some key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and printing of our student workbooks and training resources
  • Ensure stock levels for all resources are monitored to required standard
  • Scan and upload completed student assessments for all campuses
  • Conduct compliance checks towards Class audit checks as required

You bring positive energy to your workplace and role, and you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. You will have a genuine interest in any of the course pathways we offer as a group such as Tourisim /Beauty/ Makeup/ Hair. 

In addition to this, some of the other skills and experience you have may include:  

  •  Self-motivated, energetic, and friendly individual with excellent personal presentation. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
  •  Eye for detail and strong administrative skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication
