- Full Time, Permanent
- 40 hours a week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, Manukau
- Our upcoming start date is 11th March 2025, and you must be available to begin on this date with an assessment centre on Thursday 30th Jan 2025
As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring every interaction is met with exceptional service. With your quick thinking and solutions-oriented approach, you will create a positive and refreshing customer experience
We provide a supportive and flexible work environment, along with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success. During the initial 4–6 weeks, you will participate in structured training at our head office, scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer interactions and building effective relationships with our key stakeholders
- Providing clear and concise information, processing requests and making good business decisions
- Creating loyalty with our customers through providing an outstanding customer experience
- An absolute knowledge guru on all NZ Safety Blackwoods products & services (full training will be provided on this!)
What will you bring?
- Prior Call Centre / Contact Centre / Phone based Customer Services Experience
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confident in learning new digital platforms and tech savvy (navigating a variety of IT systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
