About the role: 

As Online Campus Manager you’ll be critical to the ongoing success of our awesome online campus! You’ll be passionate about changing lives and your ability to coach your team will be key to fostering an outstanding campus environment that develops exceptional graduate who are work ready and world ready. 

Some of your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage staffing and campus operational requirements
  • Manage all expenses to ensure that budgets are achieved
  • Educational outcomes are achieved successfully with parity
  • Ensure all legal obligations and company policies are met
  • Graduate success rate for industry employed or stair-cased to a higher-level qualification meets company expectations.
  • Leadership of team aligns to company values

About you: 

  • Well established leadership and people management experience with the ability to empower your direct reports 
  • Education sector experience an advantage but not essential  
  • Values that are closely aligned with ours as these are how we engage with each other our way, everyday
  • A passion for quality education and a desire to support graduate success, during their studies and on to successful industry employment 
  • Ability to focus on compliance and to respect policies, procedures and expectations 
  • Self-motivated with a desire for further development opportunities 
  • Solution focused with the ability to persevere when under pressure and embrace change 
  • Ability to engage effectively and grow strong relationships with stakeholders, particularly the local community
