About the Role

You will directly influence the next generation as you share your experience, skills and training with students from many backgrounds. You will be teaching and assessing students to help them achieve their goals of pursuing a career in the uniform services.

We are looking for Trainers with a background in areas related to uniform services and fitness to teach our Pre police course. In this role, you will also help students grow their knowledge of the uniform services, learn about the technical skills needed to succeed, and support them in developing important soft skills.  

About you:

You must be an experienced professional with a passion for fitness and uniform services . You will need to be a strong communicator, and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude. You need to be able to connect and build relationships with your students and stakeholders so the ability to respect and appreciate differences is certainly a must.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification – at a minimum of level 4 or above
  • Experience within a role related to fitness or uniform services
  • A strong drive to develop others and prepare them to achieve and be successful
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine interest in and passion for cultural diversity and developing relationships within the Community
  • Group training or teaching experience in a multi-cultural environment (prefer but not essential) and the ability to work with others.
