Implementation Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth deployments, streamlined processes, and minimal disruption to business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine and innovate implementation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain the Release Calendar and manage weekly release planning meetings.
• Coordinate inter-dependencies across systems to meet schedules.
• Produce consolidated runsheets, integrated roll-back plans, and hypercare incident processes.
• Lead production deployments, facilitating go/no-go decisions and managing post-deployment issues.
• Drive BVT planning, hypercare monitoring, and incident resolution with technology partners.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in large transformation programs and Agile environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across system teams.
• Expertise in delivery process enhancements and project success.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Technical troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
• High skill level with relevant software, CRM, or project management tools.
