We’re looking for a professional who can produce top-notch policy, process, and procedure documentation while working closely with a broad range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality documentation that meets defense writing standards and is tailored for its intended audience.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the delivery of internal systems and capabilities for the warfighter.
  • Support Test & Evaluation (T&E) and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities by developing and maintaining essential documentation.
  • Work alongside Support and Technical teams to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge-Based Articles (KBAs).
  • Prioritize tasks and deliverables effectively, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Analyze and document business and functional processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst.
  • Proven ability to support and evaluate multi-vendor solutions.
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks in ICT contexts.
  • Strong background in working within multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Expertise in writing technical documents to prescribed standards, such as the ADF Writing Manual.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Defence environment, ideally within ICT or Network-centric projects.
  • Experience in authoring technical documents within a Defence setting.

Security Requirements: Candidates must comply with the US International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as they may handle export-controlled ICT products.
