We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and take the lead in managing and optimizing Citrix ICT infrastructure on defence platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the architecture and integration of Citrix ICT infrastructure onto defence platforms.
• Execute setup and configuration of Citrix infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain and enhance Citrix build and deployment automation scripts for efficient and reliable processes.
• Collaborate with the End User Services team for the complete lifespan of desktop VDI.
• Monitor user experience and performance metrics, addressing anomalies for a seamless user experience.
• Create and peer review SOPs, build guides, and related documentation.
• Report to the EUC & Apps Integration Lead on activity status and identified risks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Senior Infrastructure Technician in Defence preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Citrix ICT infrastructure, including Citrix ADC (Netscaler) and Nutanix AHV.
• Proficiency in VMware VCF/ESXi/vSphere, PowerShell Scripting, and Ansible Automation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ISO Quality Standards.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls aligned with zero-trust architecture principles.
• Familiarity with ADF deployed environments/platforms and Minerva systems.

Security Clearance:

• Maintain Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearance.
