What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain and support Microsoft Infrastructure across the organisation and partner agencies.
- Deliver hands-on technical support during project builds, testing, and deployment phases.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backup/disaster recovery planning.
- Analyze root causes, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement lasting solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant ICT solutions.
- Document and update system information and operational procedures effectively.
What We're Looking For:
You MUST bring a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server Engineering expert with strong hands-on skills in:
- Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop SOEs
- Microsoft 365 (M365), Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- AppLocker, Intune, and Configuration Management
- SCCM/MECM, Group Policy
- Azure infrastructure services
- Automation of admin tasks using scripting and standard tools
Key Criteria:
We're after someone who can hit the ground running in:
- IT Infrastructure (SFIA Level 3): Proven ability to provision, monitor, and maintain infrastructure environments.
- Programming & Scripting (SFIA Level 2): Capable of writing, testing, and maintaining simple scripts and programs.
- Systems Installation (SFIA Level 3): Confident installing, removing, and documenting hardware/software systems.
