We’re looking for an experienced professional to take the reins on a high-impact program. You’ll be accountable for delivery across performance assessments, non-functional changes, and strategic reporting—working at the intersection of technology, business, and transformation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects
• Own end-to-end program management across performance and functional change initiatives
• Represent EMS-Edge in executive forums with strong, data-driven reporting
• Liaise with RTEs and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and unblock delivery
• Own financial reporting—forecasting, tracking actuals, and managing resourcing
• Support implementation planning, testing coordination, and environment triage
• Ensure quality and precision with every deliverable

Essential Must Have Skills and Experience:

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 4+ Years Proven track record in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• 4+ Years Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must have Experience with migration programs (highly desirable)
