The Role:

• Design, develop, and customise applications using Oracle OBP to enhance banking operations
• Collaborate with business users to gather and refine requirements for banking projects
• Implement core banking functionalities, including payments, loans, deposits, and account management
• Develop solutions using Java, J2EE, ADF, SOA, OSB, Oracle Fusion, and OBP technologies
• Ensure seamless integration with other banking applications and maintain high security standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Banking Platform issues for optimal performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience working with Oracle Flexcube/OBPM in a banking environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of core banking processes such as payments, loans, deposits, and treasury.

Integration Skills: Experience with integrating Oracle/OBP/Flexcube with other banking applications and platforms.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications: Oracle Flexcube certification is a plus.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
