Security Clearance Required for this role:

• Must have at least Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance, NV2 preferred.
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Mon to Fri - office hours

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and securing robust systems that support critical end user technology.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring solutions adhere to Defence Architecture and Security standards, guiding approval processes, and coordinating accreditation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders across defense and coalition technical teams to design and implement secure, stable, and resilient systems.
• Develop and deliver work packages using both direct and indirect technical resources.
• Coordinate team efforts to achieve capability outcomes within scope and on schedule.
• Assist in procurement activities to support project goals and budgetary requirements.
• Manage change activities across defense and coalition change management processes.
• Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and strategic insights to leadership and program stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical project delivery within defense or related sectors.
• Experience with ITSM change management.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Defence Architecture and Security standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and direct team resources effectively.
• Experience in coordinating approval and accreditation processes is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or related fields.
