What You’ll Do:

1. Technical Cloud Support:

• Assist with installing and integrating the switch in the cloud.
• Write shell scripts to seamlessly connect components.
• Work with tools like Terraform, Docker, Azure CLI, and AWS.

1. Administrative Support with a Technical Edge:

• Raise and manage requests using ServiceNow.
• Help with technical documentation, such as PRR and ORR processes.
• Coordinate with various technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and tools like Terraform and Docker.
• Familiarity with shell scripting and command-line interfaces (Azure CLI preferred).
• An interest in blending technical expertise with administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle service requests and paperwork efficiently.
