Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
Develop and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom content types, event receivers, and BCS connectors1.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure successful deployment and adoption of SharePoint platforms2.
Integration:
Integrate SharePoint with other applications and systems used within the defense organization
User Adoption:
Drive user adoption by working closely with program areas and solution teams
Security Compliance:
Ensure all solutions comply with defense security standards and protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in engineering and software architecture design.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure and networking.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Extensive experience in SharePoint architecture, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCPD, or PMP preferred.
- Proficiency in .NET development, CSS, HTML, and understanding of SharePoint architecture
