Your opportunity…

You will play a key role in managing vehicle performance as we build our campaigns to bring our exciting car models to market. You will drive stakeholder engagement across our local business and with our regional colleagues across Africa, Middle East, India & here in Oceania (AMIO). Additionally, you will be a product expert locally from a commercial, competition and voice of customer (VOC) perspective while developing Marketing and Sales plans to deliver our volume and profit objectives in partnership with our sales teams for your assigned model/s.

  • Bring your market knowledge and analytical skills to distil trends, opportunities and risks.
  • Have an innate understanding of our customers backed by research to enable VOC and key satisfaction to be a strong feature in the marketing & sales campaigns you design and deliver.
  • Be on top of competitor’s product and pricing and be able to recommend how to drive the competitiveness of Nissan current and future products.
  • You will own the outcome of ensuring the Marketing expense is within budget and retail campaign offers are competitively positioned within approved guidelines.
  • You will collaborate and engage internal and external colleagues to enable you to build the momentum needed for successful campaigns and to enable you to keep everything on track, adapt to changes as needed and ultimately bring the excitement of our products to our customers.

You will bring to this role…

  • Must have working rights in Australia
  • Three to Five plus years Product Marketing experience has developed a strong connection to customer driven marketing campaigns as well as an ability to perform well under pressure to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong self-organising skills with a good attention to detail and an ability to quickly analyse a range of data to formulate key plans deploying clear and logical methodology.
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills and build effective working relationships easily.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business related discipline and a passion for automotive is highly desirable.
