National Manager - Project Management OfficeHybrid

The Role

As a key leader you will oversee the delivery and optimisation of high-impact projects across multiple business units. You’ll ensure Nissan’s projects are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO function (within the Information Systems team), implementing consistent governance and frameworks
• Monitor and manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritise initiatives and drive results
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and champion continuous improvement
• Mentor project managers and support cross-functional delivery teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a senior PMO or project leadership role, ideally in a large organisation
• Certification in project/program management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and digital transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
• A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail and risk management
