APLA Technology Portfolio Manager – Supply Chain

Asia-Pacific Latin-America (APLA) Technology is seeking a Portfolio Manager to support the Supply Chain portfolio. This role is made for someone who loves structure, organization and developing/executing plans. The three most important traits are influencing others, collaboration and attention to detail as you will be driving our portfolio offense working across program, product and leadership teams within APLA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive overall offense for portfolio management (Portfolio Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Work across APLA Technology on processes, tools and artifacts to manage the overall Supply Chain portfolio.
  • Partner with Program and Product to ensure Portfolio of initiatives is kept up to date.     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant areas and/or extensive work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related professional experience required
  • In-depth understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Aha, Airtable, etc
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
