Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote, US

Duration: 2 Year contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Support the implementation of Nike's new Time & Attendance system going live on 09/30/2024
  • Analyze, design, and implement effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
  • Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications
  • Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standards
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Analyze data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processes
  • Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure successful implementation of systems
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Facilitate change management processes including user training and documentation
  • Ensure smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancements
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive operational excellence

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years directly relevant experience required; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
  • Previous implementation experience required
  • Experience with platform migration required
  • Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) required
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with good critical thinking skills
