WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze complex business problems and data to provide insights and recommendations to decision-makers
- Identify trends and patterns in datasets to uncover influences
- Construct forecasts, plans, and analysis based on business data and knowledge
- Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data
- Lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- Produce datasets and reports for analysis using reporting tools
Work with NA Direct business ($500M+) - lead teams for business planning, forecasting, and digital marketing. Collaborate with Finance, Planning, and Performance Marketing to forecast business, optimize marketing channels, and build business cases to drive growth. Communicate business performance and analysis to stakeholders.

Typically requires:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 8-9 years relevant work experience
