WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This person will support our Mens Lifestyle Apparel business and help manage a multi billion dollar business. Looking for someone to help with systems, tool building and be part of long term strategy work. They will support the Lead Merchant in all deliverables.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Focus on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities
  • Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth
  • Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions
  • Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments
  • Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for retail and understanding of the consumer
