Title: MPO Specialist

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 5 months contract

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The marketplace operations team connects our marketplace to operations and logistics, through order management and strong external and internal partnerships. This role allows you to connect with partners across the globe, building relationships and ensuring order timeliness and accuracy. Internally your main points of contact will be with our GP Operations Specialist, GP planning, and WE Operations, while also helping drive reporting efficiencies within the Boston office through Data and Analytics.

The MPO Specialist will thrive in a collaborative environment; while ensuring orders are correct and timely and that partners and internal groups have a clear view of orderbook and shipments.

• This role will be based in Boston, MA.

• 1-3 years experience required.

• SAP/BI experience a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll be working with partners to enter seasonal orders, ensuring that orders are reconciled and on time. You’ll also be working with external teams to recap each seasons buys and ensure customs clearance within the EMEA region. Internally, you’ll be working alongside teams to determine shipment plans and to recap the business to geo leaders.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Working with Retail Corporate roles is a plus
  • Major Brand experience is a plus
  • SAP/BI experience is required
  • Ability to build reporting
