Title: Sr. Director Category Merchandiser

What You Will Do

• Act as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for the assigned category and location.
• Brief the product engine on consumer needs for the category/geography and upcoming trends.
• Work across product engines to ensure product creation aligns with the retail end in mind.
• Edit the product line for assigned locations and categories to meet revenue targets.
• Build directed assortments that support the category vision, collaborating with geographies with retail considerations.

What You Will Work On

• Consumer insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market, and product management activities.
• Developing and refining product assortments to drive the vision for Women’s Converse.
• Leveraging assortment and product line planning software.
• Partnering with a global, cross-functional team, including connections in North America, China, and Western + Eastern Europe.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in retail or merchandising at a buyer or director level.
• Proven ability to drive points of view and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience working with highly cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in assortment and product line planning software.
• Nice to Have: Experience in global merchandising and an apparel/footwear background.
