WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Elevate our brand presence and drive strategic product initiatives as a Brand/Category Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for:

  • Shaping the perception of our brand and optimizing product assortments to meet market demands and business objectives
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals. Define the brand identity, positioning, and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Leading product launch initiatives, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product introductions and maximizing market impact.
  • Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to inform brand and category decisions.
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with overall brand strategy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of brands and product categories. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Managing budgets for brand and category initiatives. Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate terms and collaborate on initiatives to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product development teams. Ensure alignment between brand/category strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and optimize product assortments. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps in the product portfolio.
