Duration: 6 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop and create technical knowledge assets
• Develop and maintain a library for knowledge assets in SharePoint Online
• Evaluate existing assets and develop innovative methods for improvement
• Create knowledge asset templates to improve findability of specific content
• Transition and update existing assets to a new centralized library
• Assist in developing asset administration policies and procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 2-4 years of directly relevant technical writing experience
• Experience working with knowledge assets and connecting them to user needs
• Ability to build out a document library and structure assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with influencing skills
• Experience setting up governance processes around assets
• Proficiency with Adobe tools and Microsoft SharePoint
