Title: Airtable Implementation Lead

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 7 months contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to lead and oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool within our organization. This role demands expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, and a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results. 

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Airtable (3–5 years) and proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, with the communication skills needed to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
  • Directly configure Airtable to support project manager and meet deadline and ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.
  • Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience working with Airtable, including configuration and project-based application.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities
  • Experience communicating and collaborating across functions and departments to drive change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences and translate business requirements to actionable objectives
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Nike’s operational environment is highly preferred
